Classes

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a type of yoga that flows from one pose (asana) to another with the breath (pranayama). Vinyasa can be gentle or vigorous for either beginners or advanced practitioners.

Gentle Flow

A flowing style similar to Hatha, but with gentleness as a focus. This practice will gently stretch and lightly strengthens the muscles.

Rieki

A Japanese practice, Reiki is a practice of healing using one’s one inner healing energy. With either light or no physical contact, the practitioner uses their hands and symbols for healing.

Hatha

Similar to Vinyasa, Hatha uses the breath (pranayama) to flow into different poses (asana) but will hold the pose for a longer span of time making it a slower class.

Power & Pranayama

Enjoy our invigorating vinyasa flow to upbeat music with intentional breath work (pranayama) to empower you and then relax you at the end.

Restorative

Very slow paced, gently long hold stretches that focus on rest and restoration.

Yin

Yin is a slow-paced, non-flow, meditative practices that seeks to deeply stretch the body releasing tension and opening range of motion.

Yoga Nidra

Also known as Yoga Sleep, Yoga Nidra is guided deep rest in Savasana. It is said that one hour of Nidra is equivalent to four hours of regular sleep.

Katharine Lombardo

I began practicing yoga in 2004 for strength and flexibility to supplement my soccer practice and quickly began to notice the many other benefits Yoga can offer.

Karuna Reiki Master

More About Katharine

Over the years my interest and knowledge grew, and in 2015 I completed my 200hr Yoga teacher training. Also in 2015, I became an ICRT certified Karuna Reiki ® Master, (a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.)

Yoga and Reiki have been powerful self-discovery tools for me. Both practices continually inspire me to unify mind, body, and spirit, and I lead each class or session with this focus.

I teach Vinyasa, All Levels flow, breath work (pranayama), and Restorative.

I hope my passion and love for these practices inspire you to tap into your own conscious healing potential and explore self study so you can align with your truest Self, living a life you love

RTY – 200

More About Sonya

I’m an RYT 200 yoga instructor and health coach who is passionate about equipping people with accessibility and practical tools they can use both on and off the mat.

My teaching weaves together yoga, breath-work, functional movement, and strength-based practice across individual, small group, and organizational settings. In addition, I offer health education and wellness workshops designed to support mobility, resilience, and sustainability wellbeing in everyday life.

Outside of teaching and coaching, I love spending time with family, being at the beach, and getting lost in a good historical fiction book. I enjoy organizing (and re-organizing) more than I should, and creating warm, welcoming spaces for others. You can often find me on the sidelines, cheering people on around me.

Crystal Pang

I am a movement and wellness explorer who loves helping people connect to their bodies, minds, and others. Outside of her yoga classes, she enjoys being in different community corners and fostering meaningful experiences. Her approach invites everyone to build relationships and feel empowered.
